The Forgotten Art of Blog Writing...

My goodness, it has been a little while since I last posted...and that post was called, "The Forgotten Art of Letter Writing"...so this one has to be "The forgotten Art of Blog Writing"!!!

Life took me away from blogging and now coming back I'm not sure what I want to write about. Maybe you are like me and you're having a hard time thinking what to write?

I think the first place to start is right here! Here on this nice blank space before me...typing out the thoughts as they trickle down...maybe something will come out that is worth writing about...and then again, maybe not!!

It's okay to have a rambling post (like this one) to uncork the thoughts that have been bottled up for a bit. If you are like me, you may have had them swirling around and flying about to and fro and chasing even one of them down can be hard work!

Another thought, (see it's working!) you could take all of those little slips of paper that you wrote that "great idea for a blog post" on and pick one of those topics to write about. That seems like a reasonable place to start.

...or maybe you could write about something you just read...or maybe you could write a poem or a song or a story...my children have done that and I have been so blessed as I've read each one...(maybe I'm getting a flow here!!)

Of course there are many topics...recipes, organization, homeschool, how-to's, devotionals, heart issues, homemaking, woodworking, knitting, art, music, history...math, science, philosophy...etc. etc. etc.....
the list is endless!!!
